Order return

To start your return, please enter the order number provided to you at the time of purchase and in your confirmation email, and the email address you provided during your purchase.

What items are returnable?

  • Full priced purchases are eligiable for a return within 7 days of receipt of your shipment. *This excludes box free orders
  • In original condition
  • Unwashed and Unworn
  • In the original packaging

What items are non-refundable?

  • Orders placed using the box free shipping promotion
  • Sale/Clearance
  • Worn and used shoes   

Exchanges and store credit?

  • Eligible on all orders including box free and clearnace purchases within 14 days of receipt of your shipment

Are there any charges for return?

  • There are no restocking fees for returns, unless the shoes are not in new condition.
  • Original shipping charges is non-refundable
  • If you purchased a clearance item or used the box free shipping promotion. You are responsible for return shipping charges

How soon will I get my exchange?

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you once your exchange has been sent. Exchanges are sent within 2-3 business days of receipt of shipment.   

How do I return?

  • Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start a Return
  • Follow the screen instructions and select the items you want to return
  • You will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines

How soon will I get my refund?

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return request. 
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to original method of payment, within 5 business days.

How soon will I get my Store Credit?

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return request. 
  • If you are approved, then your store credit will be processed, and a store credit code will be automatically sent to you.
